Description

• Respond to customer support tickets via phone, email, and chat • Troubleshoot technical challenges for customers increasing first-call resolution • Use software product knowledge to prevent recurring issues • Connect customers to experts when necessary • Proactively communicate updates to customers • Contribute to knowledge management system

Requirements

• Fluent in German • Proven track record of delivering incredible customer experiences • Quick learner capable of articulating software-related concepts • Critical thinking and problem resolution skills • 1-3 years’ experience in technical troubleshooting (bonus) • 1+ year of delivering software support (bonus) • 1+ year of hands-on experience with relational databases (bonus)
