Description

• We are growing our team at Bullpen Talent. • Looking for an amazing Accountant / Bookkeeper to keep all things financial in order. • The ideal candidate will have worked in a startup or small company in a similar role. • Note this is a part-time role, that I estimate will take ~10 hours per week. • Responsibilities include coordinating with operations manager, reconciling transactions, monthly customer invoicing, collections, managing accounts payable, and providing financial reports to management.

Requirements

• Excellent English skills • Highly organized, self motivated and detail oriented • Experience with QuickBooks, AR, AP and payroll is a must • Experience with Deel.com is a plus • A natural problem solver and someone who thrives in a fast paced environment • Collaborative and kind with a positive can-do attitude
