🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred. β€’ Advanced certifications (HACP, CHFM, CFM, PMP) are a plus. β€’ 5+ years in business development or sales in the healthcare facility management, construction, or asset management sectors. β€’ Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements. β€’ Expertise in facility condition assessments, capital planning, healthcare compliance, and accreditation processes (Joint Commission, CMS). β€’ Familiarity with real estate due diligence, CMMS systems, project management, and healthcare facility operations. β€’ Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills. β€’ Valid driver's license required with no significant motor vehicle record (MVR) points/violations (clean driving record).
