β’ Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred. β’ Advanced certifications (HACP, CHFM, CFM, PMP) are a plus. β’ 5+ years in business development or sales in the healthcare facility management, construction, or asset management sectors. β’ Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements. β’ Expertise in facility condition assessments, capital planning, healthcare compliance, and accreditation processes (Joint Commission, CMS). β’ Familiarity with real estate due diligence, CMMS systems, project management, and healthcare facility operations. β’ Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills. β’ Valid driver's license required with no significant motor vehicle record (MVR) points/violations (clean driving record).
