• Responsible for administering and implementing the CPS risk management program • Assisting in corporate governance functions • Some administrative duties for the Legal and Compliance function.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in a related field required • 7-10 years of experience regarding management of Claims and Insurance and contract review • Preferred to have experience in corporate governance activities, such a drafting resolution, board minutes and corporate filings.
