• Position Type: Full-time, salaried, exempt • Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year • Job Location: Remote (US) • Company Overview: Theoria Medical is a comprehensive medical group and technology company dedicated to serving patients across the care continuum with an emphasis on post-acute care and primary care. Theoria serves facilities across the United States with a multitude of services to improve the quality of care delivered, refine facility processes, and enhance critical relationships. • As a leading edge, innovative, and quality driven physician group, we continue to expand nationally. We wish to extend a warm welcome to all candidates interested in making a difference in healthcare delivery by joining the Theoria team • Theoria's Legal and Compliance Departments are seeking individuals to join its team to assist with healthcare regulatory compliance, contract management, risk mitigation strategies, policy development, legal research, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff, all while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. • Shift Structure: Monday through Friday, 40 - 50 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years minimum experience filing/handling litigation in Michigan with big law • Federal and State court experience required • Excellent proofreading and typing skills required • Prior experience working in a law firm or for litigators required • Must have an understanding of modern litigation technology tools and processes and be able to quickly learn and efficiently utilize web-based applications • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented • Must be comfortable working on one’s own and with little direction or supervision • Familiarity with Google suite of applications strongly preferred • Familiarity with document review software and processes strongly preferred • Familiarity with Healthcare organizations and physician and APP licensing preferred • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management software preferred
