📋 Description

• Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for managing projects and driving success? • Do you have a proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope? • We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join our high-performing team. • As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing various initiatives and projects, ensuring their timely and effective delivery, and reporting progress to stakeholders. • You will act as the liaison between upper management, stakeholders, and execution teams, guaranteeing seamless communication and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, healthcare administration, quality and safety, business, or a related field (preferred); OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and pursuing project certification (PMP). • Maintain a professional license in good standing with respective state boards, if applicable. • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare Compliance, HIM, Quality Management, Risk, Clinical/Counseling, or other related healthcare professions. • At least 2 years of supervisory experience or leading teams/projects. • Demonstrated excellence in leadership and supervision, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in general office principles and practices, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and skill in organizing and analyzing large datasets. • Strong communicator with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse workforce, and proficient in common productivity software such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and web-based applications.
