Description

• Generate, educate, and foster opportunities from prospect to client to grow market share. • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure alignment and review objectives. • Execute a consultative sales strategy, manage a book of business and consult on up/cross-sell opportunities. • Responsible for client relationships at the Director level and up. • Define and execute renewal strategies focusing on client retention. • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities on product releases and updates. • Create and review strategic client engagement plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive experience with clients in Benefit Administration sales and client success. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits, Web-based Benefit Technology, Human Resources, or Health Care. • Experience working with employer groups size of 10,000 lives or more. • GBA, CEBS, PHR designations preferred. • Proven track record of retaining, growing, and renewing client partnerships. • Ability to analyze and present data meaningfully. • Influence others consistently. • Excellent communication skills in verbal or written form. • Desire to learn about cutting-edge technology.
