Description

• The Associate Director will assess Company needs in Latin America regarding counterfeiting, diversion and theft. • Responsible for building partnerships across various BeiGene business functions. • Must be experienced in product integrity intelligence gathering and the investigation of allegations. • Capable of executing security programs including cargo and warehousing. • Train internal and external stakeholders on illegal products. • Develop strategies to mitigate risks to brands, business objectives and patients. • Responsible for investigating allegations of counterfeiting, diversion, theft, and resultant IP violations. • Ensure thorough investigation/case management of all incidents associated with BeiGene products.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish required. • Fluency in Portuguese preferred. • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences or similar industries required, preferably within Security, Legal, Supply Chain, Logistics, QA or related functions. • Direct experience working in or directly with Corporate Security departments/functions required. • Experience in managing brand protection matters within and outside the legitimate supply chain required. • Experience in addressing nonproduct related global security matters preferred. • Experience with Legal/IP and other departments preferred. • Law enforcement experience in the region a plus. • The ability to present well to all levels of employees and remain calm in a crisis.
