Description

• Develop and implement PMO strategies • Plan, execution, and delivery of global commercial strategy and operations projects. • Implement Agile/Scrum/Lean principles. • Develop plans with established goals, milestones, timelines, and budget. • Partner with function heads, external partners, and the project team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Support the development and execution of brand franchise strategies and market launch materials. • Closely monitor and track project schedules. • Deliver objective assessment of progress and potential risks. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field with 8+ years of industry experience. • Strong experience in commercial pharma / biotech. • Experience in market and product launches. • Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional and functional planning initiatives. • Proficiency in identifying critical paths and risks. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong expertise with MS Office Suite, MS Project or Smart Sheets.
