Description
• This role aims to enhance the reliability and scalability of our internal and external software. • The ideal candidate will be an expert in software program management with experience setting up a release process framework. • This role is for you if you are extremely organized and excited to share the way Butlr delivers software products.
Requirements
• 5+ years of software program management experience • You are exceptionally organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role • Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies • A proven track record of successfully managing complex programs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Nice to have: • Experience working with API-first data platform • Experience working with hardware / IoT • Built up a software release process from the ground up • Experience managing people • Experience managing SOC2 and other compliance initiatives
