• Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred. • GenAI and ML Proficiency: Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning applications is crucial for success in this role. • Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. • Business Case Development: Experience in building and promoting business cases to drive product development. • Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in iterative software delivery methodologies. • Product Shipping: Proven track record of shipping and managing products with cross-functional teams. • Global Collaboration: Experience working with US customers and vendors on technology and product-based partnerships is preferred. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences and drive decision-making. • Customer Listening and Ideation: Skilled in listening to customer feedback, ideating solutions, and optimizing products based on user needs and market trends. • Analytics Proficiency: Experience with GenAI/ML products, product analytics tools, user behavior analytics, and reporting tools is a definite plus. • Initiative and Energy: High energy, self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies. • Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
