📋 Description
• Ensure an endpoint security application is deployed and functioning at all times • Identify high-risk and out-of-compliance endpoint devices for remediation • Use the College’s established ITSM ticketing system to document for remediation • Recommend policies and procedures to assist with endpoint security • Assist in the configuration of recommended policies when they fall within the scope of services.
🎯 Requirements
• Microsoft certifications are required. • The engineers/technicians must have the ability to organize and prioritize their assignment(s). • Work both independently and within a group and exhibit a willingness to openly share information and ideas. • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form and be customer service oriented.
