• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare programs within VHA, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance program outcomes and performance. • Conduct systematic program reviews, assessing the quality of current and future VHA programs to determine ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency. • Measure program success and outcomes, identifying strategies for improvement and innovation in program delivery. • Assist VHA in executing program operations to meet established goals and objectives, supporting day-to-day activities as needed. • Provide input on the organization and management of projects and programs to increase productivity and overall program performance. • Assist in the identification and allocation of program resources, ensuring that VHA programs are properly supported to achieve their objectives. • Develop and contribute to program reports that provide insights into program success, challenges, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs align with the VHA’s mission of improving veterans' healthcare and outreach.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline. • 8+ years of experience in program analysis and management, with a strong background in evaluating and improving healthcare programs. • Expertise in supporting government programs, particularly those focused on health care and outreach. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure program success and outcomes effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and develop detailed program reports. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
