📋 Description
• Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Program Analyst to join our team, supporting a large project at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). • The Senior Program Analyst will support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in the analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness. • This role involves conducting program reviews, assessing the quality of VHA programs, and providing recommendations to improve program outcomes and performance. • Additionally, the Senior Program Analyst will assist in the execution of program operations and provide critical input for program evaluation and improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related discipline. • 8+ years of experience in program analysis and management, with a strong background in evaluating and improving healthcare programs. • Expertise in supporting government programs, particularly those focused on health care and outreach. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure program success and outcomes effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams and develop detailed program reports.
