📋 Description

• The Business Consultant Intern will play a key role in client engagements, contributing to the development and delivery of Advisory Services. • The intern will assist senior consultants with research, analysis, and client communication, gaining valuable experience in business consulting and the contact center industry. • The intern will also contribute to the development of Advisory Services tools, processes, and collateral.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational IT Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of core IT concepts (hardware, software, networking, cloud computing) and common business technologies. • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information, contributing to problem-solving in a team environment. • Adaptability & Teamwork: Comfortable working with ambiguity, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating effectively within a team. • Experience working in contact centers. • Strong interest in business consulting and technology. • Familiarity with AI and data analysis tools and techniques.
