📋 Description

• The Customer Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for reviewing complex public sector agency contracts. • Upon award, the Public Sector Quality Coordinator will document the contract's requirements and provide the details in an understandable format to everyone working with the customer(s). • A successful candidate would be able to identify, and problem solve gaps in our current processes. • This will help enable the regions to grow revenue in the SLED/FED markets compliantly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR 2 to 3 years of equivalent work experience in sales support, contracting, specifically related to public sector • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • CRM, Contracting Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Quoting tools • Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5 Whys
