📋 Description

• Identify facets to improve patient care and quality of care • Review and implement policies and procedures for quality and performance improvement • Develop quality metrics to identify best practices and track performance • Train clinicians and educate team members on quality management • Assist in reviewing notes, charting, and designing Quality Assurance audits • Other tasks as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) • RBT certification • Exceptional understanding of quality management ABA principles and guidelines • Experience working with Central Reach • Ability to work cross functionally • Willing to undergo a background check • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
