• JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC processes and procedures. • Conduct thorough reviews of all reports and data collected by the team. • Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement in team deliverables. • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for corrections or enhancements on a daily basis. • Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for quality enhancement. • Create and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track team performance. • Collaborate with team members to resolve quality-related issues. • Develop and conduct training sessions on quality standards and best practices. • Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant program scope.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 2-5 years of qualified work experience (Asset Tagging is a plus) • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • Experience with quality management systems and statistical analysis tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
