📋 Description

• Learn SE Process and Best Practices. • Shadow experienced Solutions Architects (SA’s). • Participate in team meetings. • Become familiar with internal tools. • Learn how to track deliverables, use solutioning tools from manufacturers, and complete customer deliverables. • Support efforts to discovery customer requirements and drive customer outcomes. • Learn how to identify opportunities for further engagement by additional SA teams and overlays. • Support SA’s in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction. • Contribute to Customer Experience and Advisory Initiatives. • Support the creation of advisory assessments for new technologies and innovations. • Provide input into creation and enhancement of discovery tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers. • Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions-oriented approach. • Team player who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver results. • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Basic understanding of customer success, CRM tools, or SaaS platforms is a plus. • Project Management Skills. • Basic understanding of technical concepts related to produce or service offerings.
