As a Backend Engineer specializing in business automation, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining processes that affect our entire organization. •Currently, we serve thousands of users across multiple countries, continuously adapting our services to lead in these markets while prioritizing sustainability. •We are looking for engineers with experience working with any backend technology. You will be working with Go and Python in your day-to-day tasks. We believe that even if you have spent your career working with other programming languages, you can quickly pick up Python or Go. For us, it is more important to have someone adaptable and a quick learner of new stacks. •In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by transforming manual operations into streamlined, error-free processes, thereby driving operational excellence across the organization. •While your primary focus will be on backend development, having frontend skills will be valuable. This will allow you to contribute more broadly across the stack!

🎯 Requirements

•Great alignment with our principles. •Expertise in designing effective, scalable solutions to simplify intricate processes, while keeping user needs and business goals in mind. •Knowledge of common algorithms & data structures. •Experience with common design and architectural patterns. •Tool Selection Savvy, can evaluate, recommend, and implement the best tools and frameworks for each unique problem, ensuring high performance and sustainability. •Ability to work on your own, but being a good team player too. •Ability to understand and help to make great product and business choices. •Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, changing environment •Knowledge of business and operations areas, such as Finance, Logistics, Marketing, etc… will be valuable and taken into consideration. •Experience in developing medium/large-scale web applications and distributed systems in a production environment is also a plus.
