📋 Description
• We are on the hunt for dynamic senior Software Engineers with a passion for full-stack development to join our team. • In this role, you will design and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. • This position demands a mix of technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to client engagement. • As part of the Cabin Crew, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital journey. • You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, assess their current digital capabilities, and formulate strategies to achieve their goals. • Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative solutions, and optimizing digital processes. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications using a range of technologies across the full stack. • Lead and manage projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product strategists, designers, and engineers, to solve complex problems and create cohesive solutions. • Serve as a technical consultant to clients, understanding their needs, proposing solutions, and providing guidance and expertise. • Implement best practices in coding standards, documentation, and software design. • Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of learning and excellence within the team. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our projects for innovative and efficient solutions. • Experience with RESTful services/APIs for the backend and/or GraphQL and data retrieval practices. • Familiarity with version control, especially Git, and industry methods for tracking changes and collaborating with other developers. • Assist business development efforts in analyzing and articulating client needs during the proposal process.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a solid foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python). • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles. • Deep understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and best practices. • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development tools and environments.
