• CACI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join a dynamic team that collaborates in the development, implementation, and optimization of CACI’s compensation programs. • This role will collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation practices, salary structures, and incentive plans. • Serve as the strategic compensation partner to business leaders and Talent Acquisition. • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity. • Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity across roles and levels. • Support the annual compensation planning process. • Prepare and deliver compensation-related reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field • 3-5 years of Compensation consulting experience • General Compensation, Sales Compensation and/or Executive Compensation experience • Experience supporting government contracting or technical industry • Strong analytical and technical skills including advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday HRIS, Payfactors • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization • Strong interpersonal skills — including excellent written and oral communication skills • US Citizenship required
