• Design, implement, and manage secure cloud architectures on AWS • Develop and enforce cloud security best practices and policies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions • Evaluate and implement identity governance solutions, focusing on Okta, SailPoint, and related technologies • Manage and optimize Active Directory and other directory services • Conduct security assessments and audits of existing systems and applications • Respond to security incidents and implement remediation strategies • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies • Provide training and guidance to team members on security and identity management practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement secure access controls and authentication mechanisms

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred) • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud security, identity management, or related fields • Strong expertise in AWS services and architecture • Proficient in identity management solutions, particularly Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk • Experience with Active Directory and directory service management • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and compliance regulations • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus
