📋 Description
• Responsible for all aspects of platform monitoring health, usage, operations, and performance • Maintain understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture • Manage the patch and upgrade cycle of the platform • Oversee the development pipeline for consistent and reliable process • Assist with production troubleshooting • Operate existing applications and features in the platform • Keep up to date with industry trends • Perform architecture design and reviews as required • Identify risks and opportunities in the platform • Experience operating within cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years’ experience related to the role • Active DoD secret clearance • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline • One of the following certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer • Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement – IAT Level II certification within 60 days if not already obtained
