• Work with DoD Agencies and Military Services to ensure informed requirements management for Oracle Federal Financials ERP • Perform Fit/Gap and requirements gathering sessions • Assess business requirements against an Oracle EBS Global Model solution • Provide guidance to the Enterprise Solution Team during solution design • Facilitate requirements gathering session with development team and functional users • Perform requirements milestone activities to support release schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Seven or more years of related work experience • Prior experience gathering/documenting Requirements for a Federal Financial Management solution and processes for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutes • Prior experience supporting Requirements Management Milestone meetings in a Program Office setting • Strong communication skills and the ability and desire to engage senior level stakeholders including executives • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies specific to Financial Management/Accounting solutions designed and implemented for Federal or Defense customers • Able to independently identify tactical and operational solutions • Must be willing and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation (U.S. Citizenship required)
