• Providing operational program and project support to program manager and team leads • Analyzing and documenting business and technical processes • Formulating and developing new and modified business information processing systems • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ascertain system and network requirements • Writing and editing documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Job Aids • Conducting Quality Reviews of documentation • Increasing proficiency in specific business disciplines • Create and distribute operational reports • Facilitating projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams • Collecting and maintaining program/project metrics • Preparing and presenting briefing materials to staff, executives, and customers • Interactions involve client meetings and interfacing with senior management

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) • B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 8 years of relevant experience • Previous experience as a Scrum Master • Previous experience as a Business Analyst • Attention to detail and resourcefulness • Direct scheduling experience on large Government contracts • Expert in using Kanban boards and agile methodologies • Expert in Scrum methodologies • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited to no guidance
