Description

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to document business requirements. • Analyze current business processes and propose streamlined solutions. • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design solutions. • Create functional specifications and process flows. • Translate business requirements into user stories. • Analyze data to support decision-making. • Configure the ServiceNow platform based on approved designs. • Assist in change management and user training. • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. • Build strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with project managers to support project planning.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant on CSM and App Engine ServiceNow projects. • 3 or more years working in an Agile or SAFe Agile environment. • 3 or more years of experience facilitating requirements gathering and capturing client requirements and feedback. • 1 or more years of experience with business analysis methodologies and process modeling techniques. • U.S. Citizenship required (per federal regulations). • Active Secret clearance.
