Description

• Responsible for strategic and operational CMMS guidance to account, and direct report(s). • Support alignment of operational processes, platform initiatives, and product enhancements. • Manage time sensitive response to all account/clients. • Manage account escalations and work with Account and Platform Leadership. • Supervise daily activities and set priorities for team. • Act as a Corrigo Systems Administrator, oversee system integrity. • Support regional and global adoption of programs and new technology. • Configure and implement solutions for Account specific needs. • Assist with user access management and maintain proper controls. • Responsible for account reporting including work order activity and compliance. • Provide new user training and documentation as required. • Regularly review system workflow and lead optimization programs. • Ensure data quality standards and remediation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing CMMS/ work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics • Minimum 5 years’ experience of both management and program experience • Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets • Expert technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office (Project, Power Point, Excel) • Possess strong written, verbal and people skills and can impact the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of team. • Projects a professional demeanor with colleagues, clients, and their customers • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed. • Felony background check and drug test required.
