📋 Description

• The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, organizing, analyzing and documenting requirements. • The role involves internal product ownership responsibilities for IT-driven products and may be asked to lead projects and mentor other Business Analysts. • Works with IT leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and manage the overall AI portfolio and roadmap. • Builds and maintains relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) and familiarity with Python for data analysis/manipulation. • Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification. • Confident and adept written and verbal communication. • Understanding of AI concepts and their application to solve business problems. • Tangible experience bringing AI / Machine Learning projects to production strongly preferred. • AI or machine learning certification a plus.
