Description

• The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, organizing, analyzing and documenting requirements across project teams, focusing on leveraging AI solutions. • Acts as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze the needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software and reinforcing business standards. • Creates detailed documentation of functional, system, user and reporting requirements. • Performs research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability. • Ensures that solution requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and validated. • Collaborates closely with data scientists and AI engineers to identify opportunities to implement AI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) and familiarity with Python for data analysis/manipulation. • Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification. • Confident and adept written and verbal communication. • Understanding of AI concepts and their application to solve business problems. • Tangible experience bringing AI / Machine Learning projects to production strongly preferred. • AI or machine learning certification a plus.
