📋 Description

• contribute skills as Senior Professional Business Analyst at Gainwell • ensure Gainwell meets clients’ objectives • manage delivery of monthly patch cycles • research and propose new solutions • build out schedules and resource requirements • address project risks and issues • respond to issues and create response plans • support developing new business proposals • introduce new technology to enhance business solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position • good understanding of servers, networks, and related hardware • solid understanding of software patching • ability to work with Architects to research various technologies and propose solutions to issues • willingness to work off cycle hours to support implementations or patching cycles • 5 or more years of support services, project, or program experience • experience working with the technology industry • experience working with company products and operating systems • experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required • experience delivering government services contracts preferred but not required • project management skills • analytical and problem-solving skills • interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members • relationship building skills • leadership and organizational skills • communication skills • ability to manage to contracts and budgets • ability to work in a team environment • adaptable
