📋 Description
• Analyze complex business and financial data to generate actionable insights • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses • Build complex financial models to forecast performance and assess ROI • Create visually compelling graphs and narratives to convey insights • Collaborate across departments to translate stakeholder needs into requirements • Support database development to maintain data integrity • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies • Maintain thorough process documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years' experience performing business and financial analysis • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience • Advanced skills in Power BI (Power Query M, DAX), Excel and SQL • Strong data visualization and data storytelling ability • Proven ability to support data-driven decision-making by providing clear financial insights • Deep understanding of ETL processing and data warehousing • Experience with CRM, ERP systems, SaaS and sales KPIs • Knowledge of subscription business models, preferably in edtech • Solid understanding of data structures and analytics • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Discernment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
