🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with a strong focus on data analysis, SQL, and reporting. Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools. Experience with Sigma is a plus. • Analytical Skills: Ability to deeply analyze data, identify trends, and drive insights that improve business outcomes. • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of customer behavior, and key metrics impacting profitability and operational efficiency. • Customer-Centric: Understands customer pain points and advocates for solutions that enhance the customer experience and business success. • Problem Solving: Creative problem solver with a passion for turning data into actionable insights that positively impact the business. • Project Management: Proven experience managing projects, setting priorities, and delivering high-quality results within deadlines. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
