📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements for the SharePoint migration project. • Conduct detailed analysis of current SharePoint 2016 environment, including content, workflows, permissions, and customizations. • Document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for the SharePoint Online migration. • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in the migration process and develop mitigation strategies. • Assist in the evaluation and selection of migration tools and methodologies, considering business needs and project constraints. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that migrated content and functionality meet business requirements. • Provide ongoing support to end users and stakeholders during and after the migration process, addressing any issues or concerns. • Conduct post-migration reviews and assessments to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field. • 7+ years’ experience and proven experience as a Business Analyst working on SharePoint migration projects, preferably from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. • Familiarity with SharePoint architecture, features, and functionalities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Experience with business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and documentation. • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus. • SharePoint certification or training is desirable but not required. • US Citizenship required.
