Description
• Support and lead operation and maintenance activities of Oracle ERP Application and Databases in DOD environment.
Requirements
• 10+ years of Application DBA experience • 7 years of large-scale Oracle ERP sustainment experience • Ability to lead a team of Oracle DBAs • Collaborate with system administrators, network engineers, and application developers • Knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture • Ability to troubleshoot Oracle ERP issues • Expertise in Oracle Database administration • Experience with Oracle RAC, Exadata, performance tuning • Expertise in Oracle backup and recovery techniques • Experience applying patches and upgrades • Support critical production systems • Knowledge of Oracle security best practices • Ability to implement database security policies • Strong experience in shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL • Leading root-cause analysis for production issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong experience in documentation • Experience using WebLogic and Oracle OEM • Working knowledge of DoD security standards • Experience with security monitoring and testing • Designing single sign-on architecture • Relevant certifications like Security+ and Oracle certifications
