📋 Description
• Lead the design of user interfaces for cloud-based applications. • Conduct user research and usability testing. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility. • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides. • Incorporate accessibility standards into designs. • Contribute to the user experience strategy for management portals. • Analyze user feedback to improve application interfaces. • Stay current with UI/UX trends and technologies. • Present design concepts to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on web and cloud-based applications. • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). • Experience with responsive design for various devices. • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, WCAG). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. • Experience designing for government or military applications would be a plus. • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and design guidelines. • Experience with design systems and component libraries. • Understanding of data visualization techniques. • Familiarity with user research methodologies. • Experience with usability testing and analytics tools. • Knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Certifications in UX design
