📋 Description
• Looking for a ServiceNow Platform Administrator with agile methodology experience. • Responsible for monitoring health, usage, operations, and performance of the platform. • Manage patch and upgrade cycle of the platform. • Oversee the development pipeline to ensure reliable production process. • Assist with production troubleshooting and provide logs, data, artifacts. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments. • Performs architecture design and reviews as required. • Identifies risks, opportunities, and compliance issues with the platform. • Experience as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator within a large enterprise. • Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions. • Ability to collaborate with Developers and other teams for innovative solutions. • Experience managing and maintaining cloud ServiceNow instances in the DoD IL4+ space.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years’ experience related to the role. • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience • Experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups. • An active DoD secret clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline. • At least one of the following certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Developer. • Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement – Will be required to get IAT Level II certification within 60 days of hire if not already obtained.
