🎯 Requirements

•2+ years of B2C sales and customer service, with a passion for learning and developing new skills. •Positive attitude, eagerness to help, and a willingness to take on new challenges. •Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address concerns and guide patients toward informed decisions. •Prior experience working in a fast-paced work environment. •Ability to maintain the highest degree of patient confidentiality. •Comfort using CRM platforms. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Passion for providing an outstanding patient experience. •Ability to thrive in a results-driven, autonomous environment built on trust, open communication, and constructive feedback.
