Description

• Candidate Pipeline Management: Utilize Notion for managing the candidate pipeline, while being open to more dedicated ATS recommendations. You will be responsible for advancing this pipeline. • Outbound Recruiting: Primarily conducted on LinkedIn and language-specific marketplaces like ProZ and general service marketplaces like Upwork. • Screening Calls: Conduct and continuously improve the criteria and format of screening calls. • Closing Candidates: Assist with negotiations and communication with finalists, depending on the role. • Onboarding and Integration: Develop and manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the team. • Employee Feedback: Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity. • Development Programs: Create and implement employee development and engagement programs to foster a positive work environment. • Recognition and Rewards: Develop systems for recognizing and rewarding employee achievements and contributions. • Reputation management: Monitor website where employee reviews are posted and recommend action as appropriate. • Employer branding: Ensure that what we want candidates to know about us is clear from our website, our careers portal, our LinkedIn page, etc. • Career fairs & other events: Identify and arrange opportunities for us to get in front of candidates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working as a recruiter for English-speaking roles, ideally for roles related to account management or language services in multiple geographies • Fast and reliable internet connection • Remote work setup that facilitates frequent, last-minute Zoom meetings (microphone, lighting, minimal background noise) • A strong presence on LinkedIn • Willingness to conduct calls with coworkers and candidates in all time zones
