📋 Description
• Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to create a top-tier credit experience. • Collaborate with the customer experience team to design seamless and frictionless user journeys. • Track key metrics and lead initiatives to improve performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering, and data teams to develop solutions that solve customer pain points and drive revenue. • Create detailed product documentation for business and engineering teams. • Define the long-term vision and strategy for the credit stack in alignment with company goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience, with a strong background in credit and lending. • Experience leading third-party integrations is essential. • A good grasp of financial metrics and reporting is preferable. • Experience with data querying languages like SQL (other languages are a plus). • Strong skills in managing stakeholders, with clear and effective communication abilities to earn trust and navigate complex project workflows. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
