📋 Description

• Lead the Products Organization’s Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Release Management, and Portfolio Managers. • Drive the successful execution of critical, cross-functional programs and ensure the seamless delivery of products and services for broad technology markets including Cloud services, network routers, home gateways, and fiber-based optical equipment. • Establish robust processes, drive program execution, and align business and technical teams to deliver against the company’s strategic goals. • Lead and inspire a team of Technical Program Managers, Release Managers, and Portfolio Managers. • Hire, mentor, and develop program management talent. • Implement best practices for cross-functional team management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 15+ years of experience in technical program management with at least 5-10 years in senior leadership roles in networking and cloud technology sectors. • Deep experience in high-tech networking, cloud infrastructure, or related industries. • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and large-scale software releases. • Strong background in cloud-native architectures using AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. • Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, Terraform, Ansible). • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud orchestration frameworks. • Proficiency in SDN, NFV, and cloud-based network security models (zero-trust, SASE). • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and software development lifecycle methodologies. • Strong background in managing technical programs with expertise in Agile, DevOps, and SDLC. • Proven track record of leading release management functions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage relationships with executives, engineers, and cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex challenges and make strategic decisions quickly.
