• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). • Prior customer service experience is preferred. • 1-3 years of relevant experience • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs. • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities. • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
