Requirements

β€’ Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). β€’ Prior customer service experience is preferred. β€’ 1-3 years of relevant experience β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs. β€’ Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities. β€’ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. β€’ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. β€’ Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
