Description

• Design and implement monthly reporting for departmental budget owners and regularly review financial results • Support Financial Reporting application management and design • Analyze and consolidate Annual, Quarterly and monthly forecast processes • Provide monthly expense analysis and commentaries. Assist with budgeting, financial statement, loan covenants, cash-flow monitoring, and variance analysis • Organize the processing and analyze the financial statements, monthly reports, and cash flow reporting • Monitor and maintain integrity of the GL accounting system • Update and maintain policies & procedure documentation • Meet contractual commitments to client(s) through timely and accurate reporting and issue resolution • Assist in managing the financial staff results through coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and performance assessment • Perform other job-related and management duties as directed by supervisor • Takes personal responsibility for actions. Leads by example, guiding the team to win/win solutions • Acknowledges and helps develop individual strengths of team members and supports and encourages the utilization of strengths to foster business results • Demonstrates excellence in work standards and is tenacious in completing tasks • Able to effectively solve problems and make decisions based on the best information available, including resolving crisis situations and developing resolutions between parties • Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time • Able to ask for support and help as needed • Ensures effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practices. Requirements

• C2 / C1 English language level • 8+ years of experience with multi-company/divisional financials, budgeting, and job costing • Experience developing systems, policies, and procedures for an accounting/finance division • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Master in finance is desirable • Prior management experience • Documented leadership skills • Professional written and verbal communication in individual or group applications • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, task-oriented, good interpersonal skills, patience, perseverance, and follow-through skills

• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken • Strong understanding and experience with accrual accounting • Proficient level of understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, array functionality, and macros • Experience with Financial Reporting Applications/tools (Intacct, Oracle, SAP, etc.) • Experience using PowerPoint to design executive level presentations. Dashboarding experience is also desirable • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Ability to coach and develop more junior members of the finance team • Ability to effectively interact with customer base and maintain excellent customer relations • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to work effectively with other internal and external departments • Ability to work independently and as a team player • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage resources to complete team goals • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strict attention to detail • Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, and E-mail. Sage Intacct is a plus
