• Provide exceptional customer service to Korean-speaking customers • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner • Assist customers with product and service-related questions or concerns • Navigate and utilize internal systems and databases • Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building positive relationships • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) • Prior customer service experience is preferred • Korean language fluency must be on a business level • 6 months of relevant experience • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
