β€’ Provide exceptional customer service to Korean-speaking customers β€’ Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner β€’ Assist customers with product and service-related questions or concerns β€’ Navigate and utilize internal systems and databases β€’ Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building positive relationships β€’ Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes β€’ Maintain thorough and accurate customer records

Requirements

β€’ Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) β€’ Prior customer service experience is preferred β€’ Korean language fluency must be on a business level β€’ 6 months of relevant experience β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs β€’ Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities β€’ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks β€’ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment β€’ Proficiency in using computer systems and software
