β’ Job Summary: β’ The Project Coordinator at Staff4Me plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. β’ You will coordinate and oversee project management activities, act as a liaison between clients and team members, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Send welcome letters to clients at the start of new projects. β’ Serve as the main point of contact for project status updates to stakeholders. β’ Coordinate and actively participate in stakeholder meetings. β’ Assist in managing installation schedules effectively. β’ Collect and organize necessary documentation from clients for successful installations. β’ Perform any other administrative tasks as needed to keep projects on track.
