Description

• Oversee the coordination of all components required for physicians to complete the independent or qualified medical-legal examinations. • Manage teams responsible for medical record intake and summarization. • Ensure patient intake forms are completed and secure necessary travel arrangements for physicians. • Develop strategies to leverage technology for improved timeliness and quality. • Collaborate with vendors and offshore staff to implement continuous improvement plans. • Develop and maintain relationships with all vendors to drive performance excellence. • Analyze data and identify trends to ensure expectations are met. • Hire, train, and manage the Intake and Prep Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, information technology or related field • 7+ Years of experience in medical operations, healthcare administration, or a related field, ideally within a QME/IME or med legal environment • Familiarity with medical record review processes and the legal/medical requirements of independent and qualified medical examinations • Proven leadership experience leading service operations • Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights and performance to peers and leaders across the organization. • Advanced skills in critical decision making • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
