Description

• The Manager, Trade Operations is responsible for trade relations including managing the day to day activities of the third party logistical provider • Collecting data and performing analytics across all channel customers • Responsible for reviewing sales and chargeback data to ensure alignment to contracts, eligibility and compliance with the company’s chargeback policy • Timely and accurate submission of contracts to wholesalers and 3PL partners • Review sales and chargeback transactions to ensure alignment to contract requirements, eligibility, and compliance with the company’s chargeback policy • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate reporting • Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for use by various key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university • 5+ years relevant experience in channel management and/or trade distribution • Experience with chargeback processing and specialty pharmacy preferred
