• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role. • Expert marketing operations proficiency with HubSpot is a must. • Working knowledge of Warmly, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chilipiper or similar sales and martech platforms. • ABM platform knowledge is a plus. • Understanding of marketing attribution models. • Attention to detail with a focus on root cause analysis. • Strategic problem solving and critical thinking at a systems level across people, processes, and technology in a dynamic environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English. • An “always learning” mindset, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in sales and marketing technologies. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
