Description

• Founded in 2015, Phil is a health-tech startup improving prescription processes. • Seeking a Partner Operations Analyst to optimize network performance and partner operations through data analysis, system configuration, and performance monitoring. • Focus on collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high standards of network performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, etc) • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in network operations or partner management. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). • Experience with network routing systems and algorithms. • Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Looker, Tableau). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
