Description

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient management of teams, workflows, and project execution. • Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments to ensure alignment with company goals. • Manage the performance of direct reports and implement strategies to enhance overall team productivity and accountability. • Execute the company’s strategic initiatives, supporting the CEO in turning high-level visions into actionable plans. • Lead the development and implementation of operational frameworks such as OKRs, EOS, or 4DX, ensuring processes are scalable and sustainable. • Create annual and quarterly plans to drive operational efficiency and oversee the integration of new business units and divisions. • Manage five direct reports, primarily in the Amazon product division, and split management duties across marketing, sales, and logistics. • Lead HR tasks, including performance reviews, team discipline, and compensation planning, with a dotted line to the HR department. • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency, driving cost optimization across the supply chain and operations. • Oversee shipping cost optimization and supply chain management to ensure products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in operations management • Proven experience scaling operations for companies from 20-40 employees and achieving 8 to 9 figures in revenue. • Strong background in project management, process optimization, and dashboard creation. • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage teams and drive results. • Experience working cross-culturally with international teams, particularly in China. • High emotional intelligence (EQ) • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach • Ability to engage in direct communication • Structured and process-oriented • A drive to get things done and hit targets • Ability to concentrate on specific tasks and projects, and see them through completion.
