• CALPAK is looking for a part-time Community Manager to work up to 10 hours a week engaging on TikTok and Instagram. This role is for someone who has a strong knowledge of copywriting, social media trends and understands how to think strategically against the brands goals.
• At least 1 year of experience in community management, with a strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, including its comment dynamics and user behavior. • Proven ability to align with brand tone and build relationships within online communities, promoting a positive brand presence, with a portfolio or writing examples demonstrating past work. • Demonstrated ability to proactively seek out engagement opportunities and stay in tune with CALPAK’s brand voice and community engagement goals. • Ability to maintain a positive and consistent brand presence across multiple channels, engaging with audiences in a way that reflects CALPAK’s values and personality. • Proficient in using Hootsuite and TikTok’s native tools for trend monitoring, sentiment tracking, and reporting. • Skilled at interpreting and acting on trend reports and social listening snapshots to keep the CALPAK team informed and responsive.
